Who I Am:

I’m Shavonne Williams - a product strategist, digital operator, and founder of Bloomstead Advisory. I help founders, product leaders, and operators bring clarity to complexity so they can build with confidence and scale with purpose.

Through 10+ years of experience across global corporations and high-growth ventures, I’ve led everything from product launches to pricing strategy, from mobile app development to eCommerce growth. Today, I partner with businesses to deliver exactly what they need - whether that’s a roadmap, a revenue plan, or just a clearer point of view.

My Path to Product:

From R&D labs to international research to corporate operations, I built a foundation in analysis, systems and strategic thinking early in my career. Over the past decade, I’ve led large-scale initiatives across product, marketing, operations and customer success for global brands like Colgate-Palmolive, Kimberly-Clark and Honeywell.

Whether I was negotiating tech contracts, launching a connected hardware product, or designing mobile-first inspection workflows, I’ve always been a bridge between the technical and the human - driving clarity, cohesion, and growth.

Why I Built Bloomstead Advisory:

Bloomstead is more than a consultancy - it’s a manifestation of my legacy and personal vision of how Black women in tech, strategy, and leadership show up with impact.

I created this practice to help leaders navigate complexity with more confidence. To bring clarity to the way people build. And to make sure the people, products, and platforms shaping our future are grounded in intention, not just velocity.
